SYNOPSIS :

The client wanted a creative bespoke design with maximum space utilisation using high end materials and latest technology. Our design approach is to create a sense of space and flow by combining the lobby, living-dining and a bedroom converted into a den. We used automation, led and fibre optic lights and touch panels. The entrance lobby was demarcated by a laser cut wood and acrylic screen behind which is the dining area. A scooped wood console and mirror panel, L lounger sofas with slit cut centre table and water cascade feature common to living and dining area form the highlight elements of the living space. One is led to the den via the dining area. It is a complete entertainment zone and hence treated with grey mirror on the wall and ceiling, dark wallpaper and deep blue plunge sofas. The piece de resistance is the bar with an open revolving display and a counter with a backlit water tank. The master suite is a large space with a multi-layered bed back, curvilinear bed and floating side tables. The ceiling has a free flowing suspended wooden panel and fibre optic lights to create a dramatic effect. The room has wrapped shelves on the wallpaper clad column and a suspended study in one corner. The wardrobes are tucked away into a separate walk-in area and the plush washroom is clad with backlit onyx with a built-in bathtub and chandelier. The guest bedroom has a distinct material combination of metallic cork sheets and laser cut btc wood.
