We designed the office as an open layout plan for maximum staff interaction. Hence the entire staff seating is placed in the centre of the space and the cabins, cubicles and ancillary functions are placed on the periphery. The reception has a huge graphic wall incorporating the company philosophy. A raised curved wall with niches holds awards and trophies. Abstract suspended wood panels break the volume and create drama in the ceiling. We have used glass dividers to retain the transparency of the office and combined solid coloured surfaces for privacy. We introduced pebble boxes to break the monotony of the half height partitions. The executive areas are in white cedar and wenge veneer and staff tables are fabricated in rubber wood and perforated metal panels. The multi-use break-out area is designed with a library, treadmill and carrom table along with the cafeteria seating. Wall graphics designed on the concept of music, sports and motivational quotes in bright cheerful colours add to the vibe of this recreational space.
