This vegetarian restaurant is spread over an outdoor and indoor space within a mall. An open kitchen gives a sense of space and also visual connect with the customers to show the level of cleanliness and hygiene. We introduced the brand colour green in the interiors which is also identified with veg food. Amoeboid and circular shapes are used in the ceiling with cove lights. Black leather finish granite, rubber wood and green wall finish and fabric complete the material palette. Laser cut panels with similar amoeboid cut outs act as screens. A partition with lit coloured glass blocks encloses the wash area and also becomes a highlight wall within the restaurant.
